You Are My Sunshine
I'm sooooo proud of this pillow! I loved how it all turned out. The back side is the same color as the sheet its sitting on =)
I love you "deerly"
My very first embroidery project!! It isn't official yet but it will probably be a pillow some day :)
Painted Mason Jar
I love sun flowers and this blue so I put them together to make a great little something for my kitchen :)
100 Year Old Mantel
Found this beauty in my grandma's attic. Sanded it down and gave it a fresh coat of paint! It's missing some pieces on the right corner but it is 100 years old :)
America Basket
This was a quick project, just used a paint pen to write America and draw the stars.
P.s. The basket was from Good Will also :)
Up-Cycled Picture
I found this old picture at Good Will and I thought the frame had some cute details that would make a great chalk board for my kitchen!!
Sorority Bag
I found the blank bag, blue and giraffe fabric and ribbon all at Hobby Lobby. I ironed on and hand sewed down the Alpha and the Sigma as well as added the pocket on the back =)
Photo Booth Props
Made a photo booth for the kids at summer camp!! Printed them on to card stock, cut them out and hot glued them a wooden dowel. We used a plain white sheet as the back drop- the kiddos had a blast!!!
Up-Cycle an Old Night Stand
With this one I spray painted the handles and they turned out amazing! I used left over wall paint from my room for the "wood" however if it survives my next move I think I'll spray paint the wood because its chipping off in some places.

My First Blog!
Hello! I'm starting this blog because I recently graduated from college and needed something to do with my time when I'm not working or doing projects. This blog (hopefully) contains little bit of everything; crafting projects, photography, lesson plans, recipes and who knows what else... We'll follow the yellow brick road and see where it goes =)
